Honoring the past, living in the moment, eyes fixed on the future of Filipino-American cuisine.

My grandmother was the first of our family to immigrate to the U.S. Without her courage to take a chance on a better life, none of us would be here today. Growing up in America, she adapted her traditional recipes using local ingredients— side-by-side with me in the kitchen. 

As a chef, I am the last in my family who knows how to cook the way she did. I’m Eliot Taguiam, and I’m dedicating this food truck as an homage to her.
